.  Pickens Academy, a private school with 501 C-3 tax exempt status, has scheduled its  annual deer hunt for January 11-13,2008. In the past, these hunts have been very  successful and enjoyed by all those who have attended.

   Our hunting committee has access to prime land that is either owned or leased and has been  managed for wild game for years. The opportunities for trophy bucks are significantly  greater than on most hunts. Also, the timing of our hunt is the peak of the rutting season  further increasing the chance of seeing a trophy buck.

   If you can join us, we will personally attend to all of your needs- food, transportation to the  hunting area and lodging.Your fee of $800.00 for the weekend will be donated to the  Pickens Academy Booster Club, and you will be provided with a letter of tax exemption for  most of that amount on the on the day of the hunt. These donations help the school's  athletic program.

  This will be an excellent hunt giving you the opportunity to bring your son, wife, a special  client, or friend with you for a weekend getaway. We will strive to do all that we can to  accomodate you, in a safe, legal, and sportmanlike manner. If you have any questions,  please call.
