Register by sending this form or calling Jeff Booth at 1-205-399-0879 for additional details.  Cost is $800.00 per hunter for the three day hunt and $200.00 per person for non hunters. A $300.00 deposit must be sent in with your registration form. This deposit is non-refundable.  You may also pay for your hunt at the time you send in your registration form.
Make your check payable to: Pickens Academy Foundation. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. No refunds after January 1, 2008.
